What do you use for your lettering and digital illustration?
I use the Procreate app on my Apple iPad Pro with an Apple Pencil.
When will my order be sent?
Standard orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (if not same day) with Australia Post.
Do you ship worldwide?
I have put a stop to international orders for the time being. Be sure to check back!
When will my order arrive?
Orders sent within Australia are expected to arrive within 2-6 business days from the dispatched date. Orders outside of Australia have much longer shipping times. Anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Please, please take this into consideration when purchasing from outside of Australia.
Can I track my order?
Unfortunately I don’t supply tracking numbers on small orders - such as greeting cards, notepads and stickers etc. All Check Yo'Self journals, A4 prints and apparel will come with a tracking number. If you wish to have it tracked or sent express, please contact me BEFORE placing an order.
Are you eco-friendly?
Our greeting cards come with Eco Brown 100% recycled paper envelopes which are made in Australia from 100% post-consumer waster paper.
Although we aren't 100% eco-friends (yet), we are making small steps everyday to make sure your order has a positive impact on Earth.
What are your REFUND and RETURNS policies?
SADLY NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully when ordering as we are unable to offer returns due to change of mind. There is a size chart on each clothing page, K-Rae Designs is not responsible for you ordering the wrong size due to very limited stock.

Why are you so cool?
